Jen Frank has remained in Wells County her entire life. She received her Bachelors in Social Work in 2008 and her Masters in Social Work in 2014 with a concentration in mental health and addictions. Throughout her years of experience, Jen has worked to prevent child abuse and neglect, fight juvenile delinquency, led a homeless shelter, helped form positive change at a community level, served in healthcare, wrote grants, lead fundraisers, and is currently facilitating therapeutic change through private practice. Jen noticed that God is doing something through Community Care of Northeast Indiana and wants to be a part of it.
