On Saturday June 17th, Community Care will host the second Annual Golf Outing located in Geneva at the beautiful greens of Wabash Valley Golf Club. The day will be filled with 18 Holes of Golf, Lunch, Golf Awards & Prizes, Desserts with Light Dinner to celebrate at the Award Ceremony. Community Care is Calling all Golfers with Teams of 4 & Hole Sponsorships to RSVP by JUNE 8th.
