Ron Neuenschwander is a 25 year resident of Wells County and Bluffton.  He retired from Parkview Health Network and has over 20 years experience in Occupational Health sales, customer service, and consulting.  His background also includes Real Estate Brokerage experience, group health insurance sales and consulting, and computer sales, networking, and custom hardware and software development. 

He currently serves on the Bluffton Common Council as the representative of the Lancaster District of Bluffton.  He and his wife are active at Life Community Church where he serves as an adult teacher and video director for the Worship Arts Tech Team. He and his wife, Carole, have three adult children including one serving on the mission field in Indonesia with her husband and three children.
