In my professional life, I manage a 10 person team at First Merchants Bank in
Bluffton, IN. It is my desire to use this leadership opportunity to pour into the lives of those I work with and into the community we serve. I have held several roles within the consumer bank. In each role, God has allowed me to succeed; which has given me the opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

In my personal life, I have been blessed tremendously with an amazing family. My husband and I will be celebrating our 30th anniversary this year. He has been in management roles for 19 years & is now serving under the CEO of LH Industries assisting with the operations. Together we have five children, three son-in-laws, and three grandchildren; Hunter (5), Daxton (3), & Eva (1). We all attend the same church and enjoy Sunday afternoon dinners together.

I enjoy being a part of the community I was born and raised in; and, to work for a company that allows me to use my time and talents, as well as supports my efforts with their treasure, in order to serve it to the best of my ability.
